I purchased a policy 2 years back for water purifier, and now it's been a problem. Now, I raised a claim, and they scheduled after 3 days for customer support. But customer support did not arrive at the scheduled time, and I tried to contact oneassist customer service, but there no response from them. So my suggestion to people!!! Don't buy it .. it's a waste of money and trust.

If there would have been an option to give zero star, I would have given that.Very pathetic service.I am not able to activate my newly purchased plan via oneassist app as it's asking to update invoice amount.When I am updating the voice amount then it's not accepting that rather asking for price range.Post updating price range also it says incomplete.The customer care automated voice is terrible as nothing could be understood neither app support helps.
